TRUFFLE CREAMS. Our creams with white truffle or sweet black Acqualagna's truffle or ‘“bianchetto” truffel have been realized with absolut artiginal natural procedures. They are ideal to enriche your diner or simply spread on a piece of toast for a snack together with a good glass of wine, or otherwise to season tagliatelli, ravioli or veal or turkey. For a good sauce you only need to heat some cream, adding one spoon of truffle cream per person. If you like a lighter version you just add some broth, butter and Parmesan. It also gives your frittata a very interesting twist.
