We choose for our firm the name “Coldantico”, a green vergin corner of the Montefeltro, a zone that borders on Marche, Umbria and Toscana, where still until today the antique customs are alive. The peasants follow the traditions of old times cultivating their vegetable garden or going for wild berries, mushrooms, truffles or wild herbs. We choose this name for our trademark because our products are the fruit of this simple countrylive that we would like to maintain, saving the good things that were handed down to us.
